How To Use I 제품 사용법
1. Adjust the weight of the plates as much as you want.
Adjust the back pad angle to fit my body
2. Adjust the foot position accoding th your goal of exercise.
3. Push your feet to release the safety device. And repeat pulling and pushing your feet to fit your operating range.
To prevent injury, the range of motion is adjusted in consultation with experts.
4. Once the exercise is complete, pull the stopper into the safety position.
