제품 사용법
PEC DEC FLY
1. Pin the weight block you would like to exercise.
2. Adjust the backrest angle and chair height to suit your height and body type.
3. Fix the angle of the moving part between 1 and 5 to fit your body type.
4. Sit on a chair, Hold the handle.
5. Open your chest and bend your elbows a bit.
6. Move the machine arms inward as if hugging.
7. Spread the arms outward slowly. Repeat it

REAR DELTOID
1. Pin the weight block you would like to exercise.
2. Adjust the backrest angle and chair so that your arms and the floor are parallel.
3. Fix the angle of the moving part to No.6.
4. Sit with your chest on the backrest, and hold on to the parallel handle.
5. Move the machine arms as if swing outward.
6. Return the handle to its initial position. Repeat it
