제품 사용법
BENT-OVER LATERAL RAISE
1. Set the block with the weight you want to exercise. (Block weight can be adjusted from 10kg by default.)
2. Adjust the pad to shoulder height.
3. Select handlebars 1, 2 in the direction you want to exercise. (When adjusting the handlebar, lift the handle slightly to adjust the pin)
4. Bend your knees slightly and naturally straighten your legs, Keep your back straight and Tean your upper body forward.
5. Place your arms on the pads. And rest your head on your arms.
6. Grasp the handlebars and work from the bottom to the side with your elbows slightly bent.
STANDING LATERAL RAISE
1. Set the block with the weight you want to exercise. (Block weight can be adjusted from 10kg by default.)
