제품 사용법
1. Standing on the scaffolding, spread out your feet as wide as your shoulders, and lie face down on the instrument.
2. Hold the handle and support the upper body lest the upper body be moved.
3. Use your hip muscles to lift your legs to the height of your hips.
4. Slowly lower the legs with resistance. It is better not to let leg touch the ground during exercise.
5. For one foot exercise, raise the footrest back with the footrest standing on it.
