제품 사용법
1. Adjust the weight of the plates as much as you want.
2. Insert your ankle under the bar and sit in the chair. Then, lean against the backrest and grasp the handle.
3. Life the legs until the thigh muscles contract and the knees are fully extended.
4. Slowly lower your legs while feeling resistance. And repeat the motion of lifting and lowering the legs slowly.
