How To Use I 제품 사용법
1. Adjust the weight of the plates as much as you want. Attach the upper body to the back and shoulder pads.
2. Push your upper body, release the safety device. And adjust the foot position according to your goal of exercise
3. Slowly bend and straighten your legs according to your operating. To prevent injury, the range of motion is adjusted in consultation with experts.
4. Once the exercise is complete, pull the stopper into the safety position.
