How To Use I 제품 사용법
1. Adjust the desired plates weight and chair height.
2. Sit face to face with the instrument by pulling the handle with both gands, Both legs spread out shoulder width
3. Slowly lower your arms, feeling like pulling your elbows down.
It is very effective in the training of latissimus dorsi muscle.
4. Repeat the motion of lifting and lowering the arms slowly while maintaining tension.
