How To Use I 제품 사용법
Chest Press
1. Load weight plates as desired.
2. Adjust the backrest and seat adjustment.
-Seat height : Position of grip is middle of chest.
-Backrest: 'C'
-Seat adjustment: 'C'
3. Adjust the arm support to fit your body.
4. Hold the handle with both hands and push elbows forward to contract the chest.
5. Slowly return back to the initial position and repeat.
Chest Press

-Seat adjustment: 'D'
3. Adjust the arm support to fit your body.
