How To Use I 제품 사용법
1. Adjust the weight of the plates and chair height.
2. Sit by holding the handlebars and pulling your elbows back. Be careful not to enlarge your elbows and torso.
3. Put legs on the footrest and pull your hips forward to sit with your stomach and chest attached to the pad.
4. Slowly pull and push the arms again.
※ One-arm Row
1. Sit in a half-biased position in the direction you want to exercise. And hold on to the handle.
2. Stretch your back muscles by leaning your elbows back. Don't let your elbows stretch wide from your body.
3. Pull forward and relax your back muscles.
